Villa Yucca is a creation of the owners who commissioned and oversaw the building of this fine residence that overlooks Falmouth Harbour and beyond to Montserrat and English Harbour. They were inspired by their experience living in Dominica and jokingly refer to it as their "Jungle House". Indeed, the property enjoys tasteful landscaping with a variety of tropical plants and palms.

Villa Yucca is located within Nelson’s Dockyard National Park and is close to the many amenities of English and Falmouth Harbours, including restaurants, bars, shops and sporting facilities.  It is a short 7 minute drive to Pigeon Beach and less than 5 minutes to the Spring Hill Riding Stables.

The house contains a large well-equipped kitchen featuring all major appliances. The property is fenced and has an attractive entrance and gate which leads to ample parking and a covered car port large enough for two cars.  With some of the most spectacular views available anywhere, this Villa is not to be missed.
