| The Great House is located in Jolly Harbour,
which is an impressive yacht harbour with residential community. Two
white-sand beaches, an 18-hole golf course, tennis and squash courts, bars,
restaurants, casino, supermarket, bank, hairdresser, hardware store, car
rental etc. are within walking distance. |

The Great House is built in the style of an
early Plantation Estate. It is located on a waterfront property, right in the
heart of Jolly Harbour, enjoying absolute privacy and beautiful views of
the Yacht Harbour. |

| The Great House consists of two living
quarters. The Main House features an office/study, a powder room, a
kitchen, a lounge and a dining room, both have doors, opening out onto the
covered deck area and the deck. The entire ground floor is
air-conditioned, apart from the covered deck area. |

On the upper floor of the Main House there
are 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The Master
bedroom has a walk-in closet. |

| Opposite the Main House is the Pool
Guesthouse, which is also built on 2 levels and features a "Sugar
Mill". The lower floor of the Guesthouse has been equipped with a BBQ
/ kitchen area, a bar and a powder room. This area is also perfect for
entertaining. |

On the upper level of the Pool Guesthouse,
there are 2 fully air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. One of
these 2 bedrooms is located in the
"Sugar Mill". |
