Frank van Nieuwburg came to Antigua with his family in 2005. He was a consultant for La Perla International Living for their acquisition of Jolly Harbour. Frank and his family lived in Jolly Harbour in 2005 and moved to English Harbour in September 2006.

Frank studied tax-law and business administration in the Netherlands. After his studies he was a manager with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and later a tax consultant with an international tax law firm. As a tax consultant Frank had several real estate developers as clients which were his first contacts with the real estate profession. Later Frank left the tax law firm and became involved in sales and marketing for real estate projects in the Dominican Republic and Panama. For the Panama project he was one of the developers.  

Living in English Harbour sparked an interest in sailing but his main passion has always been golf. Frank was secretary and president for 10 years for one of the oldest Golf Clubs in the Netherlands. He also was the director of a prestigious newly built golf course in the Netherlands. A championship golf course will add a lot to the already high quality of life in Antigua and Frank will support and offer his assistance to any golf course development in Antigua.

Frank has an extensive knowledge of the Antiguan real estate market and has good contacts with most of the developers who are active in Antigua or are planning to become active. He is also very familiar with the buying process and the legal, financial and tax implications of buying property in Antigua as a non resident. Part of this comes from his personal experience from buying property in Antigua.

Aleida Schreuder has a passion for sailing and sailed Lasers from a young age.She is the Dinghy Fleet Captain of the Antigua Yacht Club and loves to race in the yacht club’s Laser and Sport 16 races. Aleida also became involved with the Dragon sailing at the wonderful Harmony Hall Yacht Club. As the Dinghy Fleet Captain, she tries to get more people from the Antigua and English Harbour community into sailing. The Youth Sailing Program is very important. This program is not only about sailing but also about sportsmanship, taking care of the environment and safety awareness. Further Aleida is a volunteer for the Antigua Search and Rescue (ABSAR). In the future she hopes to find time for the game of golf again.
