Frank van Nieuwburg came to Antigua with his family in 2005.  He was a consultant for La Perla International Living for their acquisition of Jolly Harbour. Frank and his family lived in Jolly Harbour in 2005 and moved to English Harbour in September, 2006.

Frank was educated in tax law and business administration in the Netherlands. After his studies he worked for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and as a tax advisor for an international tax law firm.

Frank was involved in sales and marketing in the Netherlands for real estate projects in the Dominican Republic and Panama.  For the Panama project he was a co-developer and he introduced La Perla International Living as a partner in that project.

Living in English Harbour sparked an interest in sailing but his main passion has always been golf. Frank was secretary and president for 10 years of one of the oldest Golf Clubs in the Netherlands. He also was the director of a prestigious newly built golf course in the Netherlands. A championship golf course will add a lot to the already high quality of life in Antigua and Frank will support and offer his assistance to any golf course development. Frank is on the membership committee of Cedar Valley Golf and Country Club and a member of the executive committee of the Antigua & Barbuda Golf Association.

Frank has a good knowledge of the Antiguan real estate market and the developers who are active on the island. Part of it stems from buying property himself in Antigua.

Born on the Caribbean island of Dominica, Geoffrey grew up and had his initial education at the Antigua Grammar School. He then emigrated to Canada to complete his education. He served in the Royal Canadian Air Force and then spent 26 years in the high tech computer industry, 17 of which were with IBM.

Geoffrey resides at Spring Hill, Falmouth. He knows the Antiguan real estate market well, having had his offices for eight years on Fort Road and nine years at Jolly Harbour.

Hans Lammers is fairly new to the real estate business in Antigua, but he is no novice when it comes to the ins and outs of buying and selling property in Antigua.

Born in Holland, Hans first arrived in Antigua by boat in 1976 and has made it his home since 1981.  In the past he has worked mainly in the marine industry both as professional yacht skipper and in various marine-related positions ashore.  Geoffrey Pidduck and Hans were partners responsible for starting up, developing and running Jolly Harbour Marina in the 1990s.

I was born in Albert Lea, Minnesota, and have spent the last seven years in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands completing my education which included the restaurant business.
